Paul Kehoe, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Kehoe is the founder of Kehoe Capital LLC, a venture capital company focused in the healthcare, technology and energy sectors and the controlling shareholder of eko systems. He has 21 years of experience as an investment banker and public accountant with Wasserstein Perella, Smith Barney, Merrill Lynch, and KPMG Peat Marwick. He serves as a director of the London based hedge fund Holland Park Emerging Markets and of the Student Sponsor Partners, an education focused non profit based in New York.
 

Jim Koch, M.D., Founder, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Koch is currently an attending anesthesiologist at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Fairfax, Virginia, where he has worked since 1986. As Clinical Director for Fairfax Anesthesiology Associates, he pioneered the implementation and utilization of point–of–care based perioperative information management system development. As a co–founder of eko, he has leveraged his considerable clinical experience to the design of Frontiers. Dr. Koch is double certified in both critical care medicine (1987) and anesthesiology (1986). He also completed a fellowship in Critical care, University of Pennsylvania Hospitals (1986); an anesthesia residency, University of Pennsylvania Hospitals (1984); and an internship in Internal Medicine, Emory University Hospital (1982). He received his MD degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine (1981) and BS, Chemistry, University of Delaware (1977).
 

Jeff Comer, Executive Vice President of Sales

Mr. Comer joined eko in August of 2007 as Executive Vice President of Sales. He most recently held the position of Regional Vice President of sales at Picis Inc, which had merged with Ibex Systems in July of 2004. Mr. Comer was Vice President of Sales at Ibex from 2000 until their merger with Picis. Comer has 25 years experience in healthcare sales, marketing, and operations, beginning with American Hospital Supply Corporation. Following Baxters' acquisition of American Hospital Supply, Mr. Comer held several senior sales management positions, concluding with Baxter as Director of Sales at the Baxter Edwards Less Invasive Surgery division in Irvine, CA. After Baxter, Mr. Comer helped build successful sales and marketing organizations at several emerging growth companies, including Liferate Systems, Apache Medical Systems, and Spectral Diagnostics. Prior to beginning his career in healthcare, Mr. Comer was an officer in the U.S. Navy and earned his BS at Duke University in 1979.
 

Donald Goldberg, Senior Vice President of Sales

Mr. Goldberg's career in the healthcare industry spans 30 years. His areas of professional expertise include information technology, business development and operational, financial and organizational change management. Mr. Goldberg served as the Partner-in-Charge of Ernst & Young's Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Consulting Practice. In this capacity, Mr. Goldberg developed and managed a multi-million business unit that focused on improving healthcare organizations' systems and financial effectiveness. Mr. Goldberg previously held a position of vice president at Quorum Health Resources where he directed the development and management of Management Services Organizations (MSOs) nationally. Mr. Goldberg recently served as a Partner of Integrated Compliance Solutions, a company focused on marketing and implementing innovative technology for the healthcare industry.
 

Rajeev Joshi, Senior Vice President of Implementations and Special Projects

Mr. Joshi joined eko systems inc, as the Vice President of Implementations and Special Projects in September 2007. He has been engaged by the new ownership group to implement an improved and standardized implementation methodology and to lead special projects in the field of technology and product enhancements. Prior to that, He spent over 9 years with Honeywell-POMS, ultimately as the Manager of Product Development and the Chief Architect of POMSnet, Honeywell's leading Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solution for Life Sciences. Previously, Mr. Joshi worked at Consilium where he held the position of Senior Business Consultant responsible for a total of five customer implementations of Consilium's flagship MES product, "FlowStream". Prior to joining Consilium, he worked for Glaxo Wellcome as a Research Engineer. His career began with TELCO, then India's largest automobile manufacturer. Mr. Joshi earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Poona, and an MS in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering from North Carolina State University.
 

Randy Ready, Vice President of Implementations

As Vice President of Implementations, Mr. Ready is responsible for planning implementations, installing Frontiers systems, educating and training users, and managing go-live for eko's clients. He brings more than 20 years of customer support experience, including 16 years of healthcare information technology experience in implementation, clinical process re-design, account management, business operations, data conversion, consulting, and revenue cycle management. Most recently, Mr. Ready led DocySys' implementation and support organizations as the Vice President of Client Services. Previously, he worked with Computer Programs and Systems Incorporated (CPSI) in Mobile, Alabama, as the Director of Software Services. At CPSI, he achieved an implementation rate of 36 new installations a year for five years. He also created several new service organizations within CPSI, including a consulting area that optimized clients' software use. Mr. Ready attended the University of South Alabama and is a Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) member.
 

Chris Valas, Senior Vice President of Technology

Mr. Valas joined eko systems in June 2008 as the Vice President of Technology. He brings 25 years of experience in software development, operations, and management, and he has numerous successes in product development and scaling engineering capacity for mid-stage ventures. Prior to joining eko, Mr. Valas served as Vice President at Digital Harbor, acquired by Norkom Technologies in 2007. Previously, he was the Vice President of Engineering and Operaations at Comanage Corporation, acquired by Syndesis in 2005. He has also held executive leadership roles at R. J. O'Brien, a leading Chicago financial enterprise, Clear Communications, a provider of telecommunications management software, and a variety of other privately-held software companies. Mr. Valas holds an MS in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.
 

Susan Kampschror, Vice President of Finance

Ms. Kampschror joined eko systems after leaving her position as the Controller of SunRocket, Inc., a venture backed VOIP company. Before her tenure at SunRocket, Ms. Kampschror worked for the owner of Digital Nation. When the company was sold to Verio, Inc., she assisted Digital Nation's original owner in founding several companies, including Thruport Technologies. At Thruport, Ms. Kampschror was the Vice President of Finance. Ms. Kampschror began her career in public accounting working for Fitzgerald Snyder, formally Hoffman, Dykes & Fitzgerald. She is a licensed CPA and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration at James Madison University.
