Paul Kehoe, Chairman of the Board and Director

Mr. Kehoe is the founder of Kehoe Capital LLC, a venture capital company focused in the healthcare, technology and energy sectors and the controlling shareholder of Eko Systems. He has 21 years of experience as an investment banker and public accountant with Wasserstein Perella, Smith Barney, Merrill Lynch, and KPMG Peat Marwick. He serves as a director of the London based hedge fund Holland Park Emerging Markets and of the Student Sponsor Partners, an education focused non profit based in New York.
 

Edward P. Meehan, Director

Mr. Meehan is a Partner with Rittenhouse Capital Partners, an advisory firm to companies in the technology and Education sectors. He has 26 years of investment banking, consulting and investing experience in the technology and education sectors with Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney, Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc., Katalyst Securities, LLC and Arcady Bay Partners. Mr. Meehan holds a BS and MBA from St John's University. He is an active private equity investor and serves on the boards of VisionChain and Mindshare.
